Philosophy…  We believe:
  •  In building young men of good character,
  •   In teaching morals and ethics,
  • That integrity is above all the most important attribute of a person,
  • That the troop should provide the opportunity for new scouts to achieve the rank of first class in approximately 1 to 1-1/2 years (Boys that do tend to remain in scouts), and
  • That the troop should provide the opportunity for all scouts to achieve the rank of Eagle.

  • We are a boy run troop emphasizing older scout involvement running troop activities and mentoring younger scouts,
  • our senior Scouts (First Class and above) are responsible for "signing off " on the requirements of the younger Scouts
  • We emphasize that scouts should work together as a team to accomplish goals.

Community Service

  • Every Scout participates in various community service activities...
  • Each Eagle Scout has to plan and execute a service project, many of which are community service projects,
